Dr. Lilya Wagner is an internationally respected leader in fundraising, institutional advancement, and nonprofit management. She served as Director of Philanthropic Service for Institutions (PSI), where she led strategic fundraising support for hundreds of faith-based universities, healthcare systems, and community service organizations across North America. 

Before her leadership at PSI, Dr. Wagner held major roles in the global nonprofit sector, including Vice President for Philanthropy at Counterpart International, an international development organization working in more than 20 countries. She also served for many years as faculty at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy (Indiana University), the world’s first school dedicated to philanthropy research and education.

An award-winning author, Dr. Wagner wrote Diversity and Philanthropy, which received the prestigious AFP/Skystone Partners Research Prize, and has contributed extensively to understanding donor behavior, cross-cultural giving, and ethical fundraising practice.

Federico Salvador Wadsworth is an experienced executive, consultant, and academic with more than four decades of leadership and professional practice across quality management, strategic planning, and organizational performance. He is the Executive President of Quality Consulting SA and serves as Director and Vice President of Operations at Minera Ayllu SAC. In his academic career, he has taught graduate and postgraduate courses in six universities — including five in Peru and one in Spain — covering topics such as strategic planning, quality management, process reengineering, leadership, human resources, and performance improvement. Mr. Salvador has directed business consulting initiatives for nearly 30 years with clients in private, public, and nonprofit sectors, and has trained over 8,000 executives in comprehensive management systems and continuous improvement methods. He holds an MBA with distinction and has international training experience in Japan, the USA, Canada, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru.
