Yvan Castro brings over 15 years of global experience in helping purpose-driven organizations unlock their full potential. He has collaborated with leading NGOs, universities, and hospitals across Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

His areas of specialization include:

✔ Grant writing and donor relationship building
✔ Development and scaling of child sponsorship programs
✔ Strategic planning and digital transformation frameworks (MIT-based)
✔ Leadership coaching for nonprofit and social impact teams
